OUR BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY

After many years of working for other firms in the area, our idea was to create a reporter-friendly firm.  The idea is if our court reporters (who are independent contractors) are treated well, they will provide top-notch service to our clients.  
     Ways that we treat our reporters better than other firms is almost immediate payment for what they do, right of refusal of jobs (they are independent contractors after all), professional treatment at all times, and unwavering support if a conflict arises.
      What does this mean to you as a client?  You are assured of professional reporters who are being properly compensated.  The reporters are happy to work with us, choosing our firm to work with whenever a job is available.  They are able to manage their calendars in a responsible manner, assuring timely delivery of transcripts.  
      Another point that we think is important.  We are selective about our clients.  We won't work for just anybody.  It is imperative that we, as a firm, like our client and enjoy doing business with them.  The same principles apply to our court reporters, that we have to like them and enjoy doing business with them.  The idea there is if we like the clients and the court reporters, then our court reporters will like our clients.
      This philosophy has proven itself over the past four years to be true, and we are thrilled to continue to do business in a unique way:  Happy!
